Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in Swansea University Students' Union.

We would love to consider you as someone who can join our team and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all of our employees.

All our applications are reviewed and scored using a method which involves removing some identifying information from the shortlisting panel including name, date of birth, contact number and address. This supports a fair and open recruitment process. So that we can develop a deeper understanding of the people who are drawn to work for us we ask for some information as part of a diversity declaration. All answers are strictly confidential and voluntary.

This information is used for monitoring purposes only and does not form part of the recruitment and selection process. By monitoring our applications, we can make future decisions about how we better approach recruitment and promotion of all of our roles. We are committed to the principles of inclusion and are aim for a workforce which enables us to meet the needs of our diverse membership. This includes not discriminating under the Equality Act 2010. We thank you for helping us with this valuable work.

If you have any questions about our recruitment process please contact our HR Team at hr@swansea-union.co.uk
