Nursery Nurse - Level 2 or 3

Hourly Rate - Applicable National Living/Minimum Wage Rate Depending on Age (Maximum currently up to £11.44 per hour)

Contract Type - Permanent (Minimum 10 Hours/Week)

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Nursery Nurse to join the Students’ Union Day Nursery team at our creche on Singleton Campus. The role of the Nursery nurse involves a range of responsibilities that directly impacts the overall learning, growth and experience the children have at nursery. This is enabled through engaging and meaningful In the Moment play and learning.

The successful candidate will have a recognised NVQ Childcare Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent) as recognised by the Social Care Wales and must be willing to undertake a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
